Plate magnet
RO-MAG© Plate magnets are an ideal solution to catch iron parts out of higher capacity raw materials because of their deep magnetic field. They are therefore suitable for filtering small to medium to large ferrous particles from your raw material streams. These magnets are easy to install above or behind a conveyor belt, but also to install at tubes as chute magnets.

Magnet Specs:
- Neodymium magnets – eliminate tiniest parts of ferrous metals and/or extracts ferrous metals from higher depth of material.
- Temperature resistance -20/80°C
- Optional: Ferrite magnets instead of Neodymium magnets – optimally extract middle and bigger sized ferrous metals
Optional Easy Clean:
- With a stainless steel sliding plate fixed at the magnetic surface, the attracted iron parts can be removed easily. By pulling the stainless steel away from the magnet, the iron will be carried away by a scraper plate.
- The stainless steel sliding plate has a thickness of 2 mm
- The scraper plate are mostly between 20 & 50 mm high, depending on size and force of the plate magnet.
