RO-MAG© limited height filter magnet is an ideal solution to eliminate fine ferrous contaminants of your freefall bulk production line if you wish to clean it manually. This type of filter magnet has a very short installation height of 100 mm.

Housing:
- Completely made of SS304
- Finishing sandblasted
- Very compact installation, H = 100mm
- Standard equipped with KMH clamping ring connection
- Easy to clean by removing the grids out of the housing
- EPDM FDA seal
Magnet Specs:
- NEODYMIUM
- Strongest magnets on the market
- Diameter magnetbars: 25mm
- Temp. Resistance: –20/80°C
Optional Easy Clean System:
- After removing the grids from the housing, separate the extractor from the magnetbars and the fine iron pieces will fall away.
- Extractor tubes: Ø28x1mm
Optional Filling Dead Space:
- For filling the dead space where possible product can remain, we can provide a plastic filling/block so that no product contamination can occur (also FDA fillings/blocks).

Hints
- The gap between the magnetic bars must be at least as big as the diameter of one magnetic bar.
- We can provide the filter magnet with a calibration certificate, so you are always in compliance with an audit.

This unit is ideal for placement above a metal detector, as the metal detector is mainly useful as a final check and less as an effective separator (less product loss because of magnet)
